Webroot setting keeping me from downloading an adobe document

I am trying to down loading an adobe form from a reputable website.  I have the correct version of adobe reader however, it is not letting me download and open the document

Have you tried a different Browser?  Are you sure the PDF is safe to download?
 
Adobe Reader from here  http://get.adobe.com/reader/
 
(I'd also advice you to uncheck McAfee/Add-ons associated with this download. They cause issues!)

2-You can shut down WSA by Right Clicking on the Webroot Tray Icon and Click Shut Down Protection . If you are sure these are safe.
