webroot spontaneously shut down. all security messures were turned off (I didn't do it)
I logged onto my computer a few minutes ago say computer issues and one of them was that my computer was not being protected. couldn't find the webroot icon in the system tray and when I did get it open everything was turned off. Is this a sign someone has hacked my system?? Or does webroot do this on occasion?
+56Webroot shouldn't shut off automatically - I'd suggest contacting our support to have them look at your system to make sure there is no infection and to find out what happened to cause Webroot to shut off:
