Webroot Stop Pendrive Virus if it is not connected to the internet
In my Brother laptop i am going to install the Webroot but i just worried because he connect the Internet once in a week and uses a friends Pendrive to sharing data.....as webroot is cloud based ...so by not ocnnected by internet ...he is still protected by webroot????
While Webroot is cloud based program, you could still use it on that system and it would still offer protection.
We used advanced heuristics and behavioral analysis to detect threats and effectively protect the system, so even if you are not connected, the heuristics would still function.
We would advise at least connecting once a week though to allow Webroot to receive program updates.
