Webroot Subscription Expired?

Why does my Webroot Software insist my subscription is expired, when I just bought it this afternoon?  I was assured I had a lifetime key.

Can I ask where you purchased Webroot from? As far as I know Webroot does not offer a "Lifetime" key.

      @ is correct, our Company has never offered "Lifetime" Subscriptions. It's advisable to contact your credit card company/financial institution as soon as possible to notify them of the incident, and hopefully seek out a full refund from wherever you purchased the product.
