Just began using Webroot Wifi Secrurity in U. S . A. and one time so far lost connection and the program tried to reconnect over and over and it would not connect. I shut it off.
Several minutes later, I re-established connection and everything was fine.
I don't know if this will continue. On one of my games, I couldn’t connect to Facebook until I disconnected the vpn and used my home wifi,
is this normal?

No, that does not sound normal at all...but could be due to a nuimber of things. Personally, I would Submit a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to investigate the issues for you.
