Webroot will not allow me to unblock

It is the webmail for my workplace. I called them and they said there were no issues.
www.smu.edu/webmail
I think that's the address--can't get to it to check!
I also tried to update the preferences and unchecked phishing but it still won't let me through.

Sorry you are having this problem. Would you submit a Trouble Ticket and the support team can check this out for you? I've clicked on the link and I'm not having any issues.

Would you try disable the Webroot Filter in your browser? And see if you can connect to your email? What browser are you using?

Was it after logging in that you got the black screen? I was able to unblock from the block page and then click on the "Login to Webmail" link but I obviously don't have a username and password. I'll submit a change reuest to have the reputation updated for the page that was blocked.
