Webroot will not let me download FIREFOX, even when I use the suggested site!?.

That is strange because I don't have a problem downloading Firefox from here https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
 
I have just dowloaded FF a minute ago. Did you try this site?
 
 
Please let me know how it goes for I have more options for you if this doesn't work.

Can't download either.  Keep getting FF interrupted messages ... in endless loop.  

i also used the url you offered and web root still stops the fire fox download. help from anyone?

So sorry you are experiencing this issue..
 
Since all of you are having this issue them my best advice for now is to Submit a Support Ticket so that they can look into this matter. This is a free service with an active Webroot subscription.
 
Hope this can be resolved quickly.
