Webroot will not scan my Mac

'm sorry you are having this issue with your Mac. Do you have Yosemite or Maverick?
 
Would you wnat to do uninstall and reinstall Webroot SecureAnywhere yourself to see if this would help?
 
I also have a Mac and had this happen to me a year ago. The Webroot Support remotely accessed my Mac and did a reinstall. If you are not confortable doing this yourself then please do Contact Support which is free with an active subscription.
 
If you want instaructions how to do this yourself let me know.
