Cant change settings can't uninstall. Webroot won't help or even give me keycode. Microsoft support refered to a third party provider that is no longer available who installed Webroot software. It is in my opinion, a software from hell. Any advice?

If you would go back to that ticket you will see that we have provided instructions for removing the software from your machine.
You can also call in at 1-866-612-4227 and our team can remote in and do this for you. You may also be eligible for a new keycode depending upon the circumstances.
