Why Won't webroot let me in

Welcome to the Community.
Not sure what you mean by "webroot won't let me into the community to check my computer"? What exactly is WSA doing & by the way...you are in the Community.
Also, there is no way in the Webroot Community of 'checking' your computer. Are you by any chance confusing the Community with the online console which you can access from HERE? If so and it is an issue with console access then please post some additional details as to what the 'block' is, etc.
