I have been notified that a user that used webroot anywhere is receiving a message stating a website that I host is marked as suspicious. She had other colleagues get to the website without webroot anywhere and they do no have the same issue.
I do not have any issue and I use a different anti-virus / firewall protection program.
How can I rectify the issue and help releive her fears.
