I want reset this program because I want followly to re-download it. This program went to buying by one my parent and she lives in USA. I'm from Venezuela. I want log in with my data.
Please help me as soon as you can.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would be most grateful if you would explain a little more as to what you are looking to do here. If yo are saying that the program is already in use by your parents (liing in the uS) and you want to use it as well on your computer then you can do so if the license/subscription that has been purchased is for more than one device/computer.
If that is not the case then you will either need to upgrade the license and purchase more device protection (I believe that you can purchase up to 3 with the Antivirus version).
But if you already have a multi device license then you should be able to download the application (PC version here, Mac version here), and run the installer.
If I have hit the mark and you need instructions on how to run the installer please post back.
