What do I set or turn on too have my computer shut off after scanning? rookie

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
There is no setting or feature in WSA to at allows one to do what you are looking to do and, if I may say so, for good reason. WSA is a real time anti malware tool with the periodic or adhoc scanning very much an additional feature.
 
WSA works on the premise that it does not actively look for or cosnider dormant or inactive malware but just focusses on what is active in your system...in that way it is extremely light, yet fast and provides very good protection as is.
