What is a "cleanup license key?"

May I ask in what context you are referring to this type of license? What has prompted the question?
EDIT: I think that I can answer my own questions in that I suspect that you are either running an unlicensed version of WSA or one for which the subscription has expired and now when WSA is trying to clean malware it is saying that a clean up license is required?
If that is the case then you should go to http://www.webroot.com/us/en/renewal and purchase a license.
