is a console required?
if so how do you set one up?
what is a console and how do I set it up if needed? had WEBROOT almost 1 year don't recall a console

The online console allows you to manage a number of Webroot-related settings as well as the devices you have WSA installed on. Please see this KB Article for informaiton on this and how you set up your online account to allow access to your online console.
