What is a rootkit virus? what does it do and how did I get one on my pc? Your program just removed it from one of my pcs. Thank you for the info and for fixing this problem

Here is some great info on Rootkits: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rootkit if you want to make sure it's completely gone in which I do believe as WSA is very good at removing them you can Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know for sure!
