What is blue screen with recording to call Microsoft
When I try to open internet explorer, I am getting a blue scrren message with a with a small center message and recording that says I need to call Microsoft because I have a virus. It is obviously bogus, but I can't seem to get rid of it. What can I do?

Well done for spotting and not falling for what looks suspiciously like a scam.
First thing to do if you have not already done so is to run a scan with WSA, and see what that turns up. If it finds something then follow the instructions provided. If nothing is found then I would Open a Support Ticket and let the Support Team know what you are seeing. Hopefully they will be able to assist and may even be able to come onto your system to check it out/help remove whatever may be causing this.
