I am afraid that you do not mention as to whether this is in relation to the online console or a mobile device. If in relation to the former then you can reset it here by clicking on the 'Forgotten Password?' link next to the Login button.
If that is not what you are looking for then please come back here and advise in terms of precisely the context of the security code.
