What is the link or website to download the installer? Did ok on new pc with 10, but not with laptop

Bought a new subscription for 5 devices, installed it ok on new pc with windows 10. Trying to find website to download installer and enter keycode on a laptop with windows 8 and  everything I try comes up invalid site or error or failed.  Can someone help me with this issue?  Instructions emailed to me, item 2, says click the link to start the download.  Where do I find the link?

    Welcome to the Webroot Community.
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot
