What is Webroot's preferred method for white-list submissions?
NOTE: Some of the files I wish to submit are > 10 MB in size.

+34May I just add my two penneth here. I decided to try and update my version of Shadow Defender over the weekend and WSA would not let the download execute. I was going to see if a newer version of SD had any effect on the issue that I raised in an another thread. Can't say I'm too bothered though but thought I would just let you know.
