What makes Webroot better? How is it better from other security softwares and what does it lacks?

If I may start with the WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future and it's here now, how can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone. Also we are a friendly bunch so stop by often and say hi and join in on the fun!
And it's great at protecting your online Credentials so Shopping and Banking online is no worry!
Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as no other AV has this!

I would just like to emphasize Sherry's last point that Webroot provides excellent free support, both online and over the phone. Many other AV providers require up to $100 to remove malware from your computer. I think you would agree that this is a huge advantage in putting your mind at rest that Webroot totally stand by their product.
That is not to mention all the valuable assistance that you can get from this friendly community. In the six months or so that I have been a member, my understanding of how Webroot works, computer security in general and associated issues has grown enormously.
Think of it this way. For the modest subscription, you are not only gaining the best malware protection on the market (that also happens to use the least computer resources) but you will, if you choose to join in, gain a bunch of good on-line friends as well! :D
