Hi,
I fell for the "Whats App" virus which then used my email account to spread further. Why didn't Webroot prevent this? What do I do now to protect my computers?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I'm not sure why Webroot did not catch this. Please submit a support ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can take care of this for you.
EDITED Have you changed your email password to a strong password?
