Whilst Sherry os correct in what she says IMHO System Optimozer is not really a deep cleaning tool.  There are several very good tools available on the Web, including CCleaaner,that is used by a lot of members...but there are others and therefore I would recommend that you take a look at some reviews over at www.techsupportalert.com which is a reputable site that lists a number of alternatives you may like to consider.
