When I analyze using Webroot, it tells me I have updates I haven't installed. How do I find them?

When I analyze using Webroot, it tells me I have updates I haven't installed. How do I find them?

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Have you checked exactly which updates the System Analyzer is thinking are not installed?  Is it possible that it is a hardware driver and or a Windows update? Have you checked your Windows update for your OS? What OS are you running?

    Also it is always possible but unlikely that System Analyzer is not reading this correctly.  So a re-install of WSA will help correct it. If you already have all your updates installed. We can assist you in reinstalling Webroot..
