When I do a scan, my processes running usually are near 70's, today they have done a run up to 1,000
My computer has frozen 3 times today. Twice I've been scanning and the number of processes shoot up to 1,000's. I discontinue to scan and try rebooting my computer. Does it sound like my webroot is infiltrated or is it the internet?

This could be a serious issue and I would submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with an active subscription and they will gladly look into this for you.
