when I put my cd in, all I get on the screen is a page to renew my expired subscription
When I put the WSA cd in, all tha comes on the xcreen is a screen telling me my subscription expired. when I click on 'renew now', it wants me to purchase it.

So your saying you paid for a Boxed version may I ask where you got it from? Would it be from Best Buy in the US? Can you see the 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584 on or in the Box? If you have a link to where you purchased it please post it.
