When I Reboot my PC I'm asked to let LG Electronics make changes to my PC with fwupdate.exe

Hi Y'all,
 
I am concerned this program is really malware that is disguised as this C:Program Fileslg_fwupdatefwupdate in Windows Task Manager... does anyone know how to or should I remove this at all. My Webroot is not seeing this to be malware.
