When I run my analyzer, it says I have 10 infections. How do I remove these?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
If you have run the System Analyzer with that result then you need to run a scan with WSA. Just open the main app panel and click on the 'Scan my Computer' button in the middle of the panel...WSA will do the rest.
 
Please post back withthe results of the scan.

Well since the OP posted in the AV only section which doesn't have analyzer maybe something is a bit off here?
