when pressing ctrl + alt+ delete my screen turns 180 degrees.
When logging in on computer password starts populating with '333333333....', same thing happens in search bar on internet, when pressing ctrl + alt+ delete my screen turns 180 degrees. When pressing 'backspace' I get a'4'. When pressing 'enter' I get a '0'. I just installed webroot antivirus and this is still happening.4

Just a few question for further clarification, please.
Are you sure you don't have a keyboard problem, like stuck keys, wet keys, etc?
What OS, Mac or Windows?
How long has it been happening?
Did it start after a specific event such as installing an app, downloading something, visiting a web site, reading an email, and etc?
