when will password manager work on win 10

That is a very good question but given that extensions have only been usable under Edge since the Windows 10 Anniversary Update I suspect that it will take a little time yet for the Beta group of testers to be given something to play with in relation to that.
 
I am sure it is on the cards but just needs some time.

If I may just add to what Baldrick has posted. You can use the Password Manager in Windows 10 if you use Firefox or Chrome browsers. But, as Baldrick has stated, we are waiting for Edge to be supported.
