Unfortuantely, at this time there is no way to exclude any folders or files for that matter, from scanning by WSA.
Please review this KB Article that indicates where these places are what the settings are and how to change them.
You can also Open a Support Ticket and ask the Support Team to check and whitelist entires for you.
