hi everyone, does anyone have any tips concerning access to account personal data? Where can i find my method of payment, ccard details etc to revew the info and eventually update it if necessary?

Not sure if I understand what you mean about obtaining personal data.
There are three ways to renew your subscription:
3.If you originally purchased at Best Buy and you would like to renew the same keycode, call Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.

Not sure if I answered your question accurately or not. But if you purchased Webroot you would get information and a reciept to your email upon purchasing.
