where can I find out how many devices I have left on my account ?

You can find this by logging in to your Web Console. You will find your devices listed here. It depends on the number of licences you purchased (1,3, or 5). Subtract the devices listed from the licenses puchased for remaining licenses. If you need to remove any devices you can do that in the console as well. Click on device, select Commands tab and then Deactivate. (For phones/tablets, select device then click Remove Device.)You can then add Webroot to another device, it will appear in the console after a little while.

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
• KEEP the computer online install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode.
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again
