Where can I view my Webroot SecureAnywhere subscription expiration information on my PC?

Best answer by TripleHelix

Yes, but under this "Keycodes > Manage Keycodes" page, only my Android device & it's keycode (starting with ADA6) is listed, not my PC or it's keycode (starting with SSFC).
Could it be that you have a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad? https://www.webroot.com/ie/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl if so then you will have to contact them.

Hello PDWelcome, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. ☺️

You can view how many says you have left on your subscription from the GUI account cog wheel. See the User Guide.

Thank you for the info. I did get to the subscription page, but it only says "Status Active." There is an "Upgrade/Renew" button, but there is no line stating how many days are left in the subscription.

I went to the Secure Anywhere site, and under Manage Keycodes, only my Android device keycode is listed, not my PC. There is no option to see "Consoles."

Um, did you add PC Keycode?
IIRC. I recall creating Consoles and I recall adding new Keycodes.

I went to "add console" to enter the PC keycode, and it said I could't because it was "already registered."

Um, is PC and Android device same Keycode.

DoubleHelix-- It is possible that I started my subscription with Geek Squad, but I've renewed several times since then, and assumed it would have worked away from that. I guess the assumption isn't sound.

Well then I would suggest that you Submit a Support Ticket and they will sort it out for you as it could be a back-end issue.

bjm--thank you for all the helpful paths to try!
I guess in the end, I just need to contact the Geek Squad or Best Buy, as it seems that's who "holds the key" to my subscription.
