Why am I having to give Webroot Secure Anywhere permission to make changes on my hard drive..
Recently my settings have changed (not by me) to have to give Webroot permission to make changes on my hard drive. I did not change anything on my computer, but a window pops up every time I start up my computer now to give permission. Why is this?

Yes this is a known issue and the Support Team is working on this UAC prompt. It is best to accept yes to the prompt for now. You will still be totally protected by Webroot. Not much we can do with this start-up prompt This should be resolved with the next update. Not sure when that will be.
If you are really concerned please Open a Support Ticket and get the Support Team to check it out for you. This is free of charge with an active subscription.
