I have been using WebRoot for a few months. I am diligent in "cleaning" my computer - sometimes 6x a day. I do not sign up or use any sweepstakes garbage. Firefox with AdBlock Ultimate. Can anyone make a suggestion?

It sounds like you have a PUA see here if you can remove it and reset your browsers and that should solve it, also there are better Ad/Pop-up Blockers and the bottom of this list that I would suggest and i personally use uBlock Origin: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 if issues continue then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove the PUA's.
