why are my video screens green but I can hear them

I dont know how to fix this problem. I guess it is a setting. I dont want to mess it up.  Like I did when I restored and had to reinstall webroot . It was working earlier then it stops. I can hear it but the screen is green.

      ? it looks like the driver from your video card or the video card itself may be giving problems.
      Are you by any chance using a laptop or a full sized computer with an onboard graphics chip? If you were to post the details from your machine ( brand & model ) then we can have a much cleared idea.
      I have that too from time to time when i play 8-16Gb blueray movies on my old machine as my video card is not powerful enough for that.
