Why are my websites coming up suspicious on internet search? The security scans show no malware.

Just to precise are you saying that websites that you own or administer are being flagged as suspicious by the WSA Filtering Extension when they appear in search results?
If that is the case then it may be a false positive due to the sites being relatively new (perhaps) or something else like that. To check out what their reputation is in terms of Webroot please go to THIS site on which you can enter the URL of each site in turn and view a complete threat, content, and reputation analysis, as determined by BrightCloud.
If you then feel that one or more ratings are inaccurate, etc. you can go to THIS site and to request a change to the reputation of a URL, by simply filling out and submitting the online form.
Hopefully this will alert Webroot to any issues that you may have with their determination of the site(s)' reputation and get it straighten out for you is appropriate.
