Why are password accounts grayed out in Windows 8 and Windows 10
When I come to the webroot website to show or edit passwords, the first page is grayed out and not accessible. when I use a computer with Windows 8 or Windows 10. When I use Windowsw 7, it is not. How can I correct this?

Are you referring to the online console (here) when you say "webroot website"? I am struggling to understand what it is you are referring to and when I try the online console I have no issues so can only think that you might be referring to something else. Please advise so that we can assist.
