tablet download is problemic and it will not let me complet my account set up

Would you tell me what kind of tablet you have? Is it an Android? Do you have the right version of Webroot for your mobile device? Please look here and and if you have an Android you can look here at the Knowledge Base Aricle of how to install Webroot on a Mobile.
