I received a notice about automatic renewal. I wanted to change my credit card information. The FAQ said the system is unable to do this and that it is best I call to renew now and give the new credit card information.
I called the number to sales and was on hold for 7 minutes and finally hung up.
I would like to change the information but not renew yet. Is there a way to do this?
