Why can't I change my credit card information?

I received a notice about automatic renewal. I wanted to change my credit card information. The FAQ said the system is unable to do this and that it is best I call to renew now and give the new credit card information.
 
I called the number to sales and was on hold for 7 minutes and finally hung up.
 
I would like to change the information but not renew yet. Is there a way to do this?

I am afraid that this is correct...for this you need to phone...but unfortunately there will be no one manning the phones of a weekend, so you will have to wait until Monday at the earliest to try again.
 
This delay should not affect your protection from WSA as there is a 30 day renenal grace period for precisely this sort (and other) reason...so you are still well protected should you subscription have happened to have expired.

If I may step in a moment..
 
I know that if the subscription is a Best Buy subscription there is a 30 day grace period, but I am not sure that there is such a grace period on the subscriptions directly through Webroot ??

I believe that there is for Webroot also...but perhaps either ? or ? might be able to confirm or disbuse me of that notion?

Yep we always have the 30 day grace period after the subscription ends, to make sure you're protected. I'd recommend calling in on Tuesday rather than today, as Monday is always a high call-volume day.
