Why can't I connect WiFi Security?

Why can’t I connect WiFi Security and also why am I not getting e-mails when I say I forgot my password or Security Code?

Hello @jeffwohnsiedler 

 

I seen you had issues before so contact Webroot Support as in most cases it’s a Backend issue in which we on the Community don’t have access to.
