I am trying to delete webroot from my harddrive. It is expired and messing with programs I am running. I will re-install a new one at a later date. When i enter the PW to uninstall, it says it is invalid. How do I get around this?

Hello ?, welcome to the Community!

If the Access Control password you are trying to use is incorrect, it will not allow you to uninstall.  Make sure you are using the password you set within the WSA options, NOT the password for the Account Console.  Chances are that you did not use the same password for both.

If you cannot recall the access control password for whatever reason, just submit a Trouble Ticket and Webroot Support will give you a hand at removing the software.
