I've created my account but when I try and log in it says Login Failed...why??

    It might be an idea to try and Reset Your Password to see if that works.

      That's not the probelm.  For one, I tried that first, two, it tells me unknown email address.

      To clarify, I'm trying to log into the toolbar icon.  I am logged into my account.
