Hello Elandien,

Welcome to the Community Forum!:D

I'm sorry I don't understand what a Passport is? Is this your backup up WD Passport Drive? If so here's a Help Guide as well.

Please open your WSA interface, and click on the gear on the "PC Security" tab on the right hand side. After you do that, the interface should change to show scan statistics and a "scan my computer" and "custom scan" button on the left hand side. If you click on "custom scan", it will ask you to specify the details/type of scan you want, and where you want to scan. If you click the radio dial that is labeled "custom", you can choose only specific areas or drives to scan. If you click on "Add file/folder", you can the select the specific drive you want to scan. After you have done that, just click on "start scan", and it will scan the drive that you selected.

As for Webroot not taking care of threats..I would need more information and details so that I can help you  better!

Best Regards,

Hi Elandien

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As an alternative to what Sherry has advised one can also find the relevant drive, when connected to your system, and right click on it, selection 'Scan with Webroot' to initia a scan of the drive in question. That is what I do with my docked Samsung HDD...and that works a treat.

And as Sherry has advised...we need more information as to which threats you believe are not covered by WSA...some specifics please, if we are to try to assist.
