Why do I alway have to grant Webroom permission to change my computer at startup?
Is there someway to just grant permission globally so I so not have to respond to this pop up window that appears everytime that I launch windows? I put in a ticket and they said uninstall and reinstall but this did not do it.

The pop up you are seeing is Windows User Account Control (UAC) and this a known issue that Webroot are working to resolve.
This problem only started when the latest version of WSA was rolled out just over a week ago and the UAC asks for your permission to run WRSA.exe after you have rebooted your PC. Just click the 'Yes' button for now and hopefully the matter will soon be resolved.
Since It is a problem with the latest release, no amount of uninstalling and reinstalling the current version (9.0.7.42) will solve the problem, as you have discovered.
