Why do I get a screen saying I have computer spyware in my pc when webroot says I have none
I am still covered with the $14.95 cost per month?

Can you explain a little more is the screen only visible when the Browser is open or on your Desktop also what's the $14.95 cost per month? Do you have a Subscription via Best Buy US via Geek Squad and if you do contact them first. What it sounds like you have PUA's so check here to see if you can remove it yourself: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 and if you can't please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove it!
