Hello all,
Trying to do a clean uninstall/reinstall. I get this error everytime and I am at a loss...:
Title: Unsupported 16-Bit Application
Text The program or feature "??C:Program FilesWebrooWRSA.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatability with 64-bit versions of Windows...."
Can't seem to clean it out to do a fresh reinstall. Ideas?

Well, I have not come across that one before in relation to WSA but I have heard of it in relation to a Windows installation...so I would recommend that you take a look at this thread from the Microsoft Support Forums as the tag line for it is the message you are referring to almost word for word.

I'm getting the same message when trying to add a brand-new HP notebook I just bought two days ago to my existing keycode I used on my laptop that died last week. Tech support has tried just about everything to no avail.
