Why do I have to install again when I renew my subscription. Isn't this done automatically?
I have just renewed my subscription and I am being asked to re-install. Isn't this done automatically? I keep getting messages that my subscription is expiring. I have renewed on line and paid my subscription fee. I have used this service for several years but in the last year have purchased an new computer with windows 10. Please advise.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not sure as to why you are having this issue but I would first of all try to re-activate your keycode. To do that please follow the actions shown in the follow screenshots:

and then:
?
Make sure that yo are connected to the Internet when yo do this and lets see if that helps. Post back either way and if it does not then we will go for Plan B...;)
