Why do I see 2 processes for WSA?

Is this normal? why are there 2 processes?
 
This is a clean install of Windows 8.1 so please don't go about uninstalling / reinstalling

Hi MaXimus

C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe
or C:Program Files (x86)WebrootWRSA.exe
- This loads both as a system service and as a user service. That's why you typically see two of them if you open task manager. This is also your user interface.

Your picture shows one but there should be 2 one for the user and one runs as a service.
